1. Unable to turn on the device.
Please push the "ON" key for a little bit longer, if you can't turn it on, please charge it. There will be charging indication in the screen, please charge it at least one hour. Otherwise, there is a problem with the device.
2.No response on the touch screen or the edge of the screen.
Please adjust the screen. Choose the second page of the main menu, click "Calibration" to adjust. Please click the "+" center to use the touch pen.
3.Slow response of the touch screen.
It is resistance screen instead of the capacity screen on the GPS, please use your finger tips to operation.
4.The GPS doesn't work and has a black screen.
Push "Reset" key on the back of the item. Please send to factory for repair if is still does not work.
5. Unable to find GPS.
You can’t locate it indoor because there is no GPS signal indoor. Please go outside and then it can self-locate after 2~3 minutes. If it can't locate, please go to the main menu and choose "GPS Information", click "Reset" key.
6.The map data is not accurate.
You need to update the map data due to the map data updates constantly in different countries.
7.Unable to connect it to the computer.
Go to the main menu, enter "USB Setting", click "MASS STORAGE", and then it can be connected to the computer.
8.No sound.
